In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support through various communication channels. Your responsibilities will include managing client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, processing orders, packing and shipping orders, and assisting with ecommerce operations to ensure a seamless customer experience. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, client communication, and ecommerce processes within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Provide expert advice and support to clients via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Place and track orders with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment of client requests. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to products or services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Pack products for shipment accurately and efficiently, maintaining quality standards. Conduct quality checks on returns to ensure proper processing and customer satisfaction. Assist with ecommerce functions such as order management, inventory updates, and other related tasks. Cross-train on all ecommerce operations to provide support across different functions as needed. Collaborate with team members to improve the overall client experience and enhance operational efficiency. Experience Prior experience in customer service or client support roles, shipping, retail, or operations is preferred but not mandatory; relevant skills can be developed on the job. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interaction via phone and email. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Suites is required for documentation and correspondence tasks. Ability to type accurately and efficiently to manage correspondence and data entry tasks. Problem-solving skills are vital for troubleshooting client issues promptly and effectively. Experience or familiarity with ecommerce platforms or order management systems is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to build rapport with clients.
