The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of clerical tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining a welcoming environment. Duties Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Handle customer inquiries and provide support to enhance client satisfaction. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Proficient in clerical tasks and office management practices. Experience with calendar management to coordinate appointments effectively. Familiarity with excel and Microsoft office programs. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to function as a personal assistant when required, supporting executives or team members in their daily activities.
