Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in person. Utilize computer literacy skills to perform data entry, update client records, and maintain accurate filing systems using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets. Assist with office management tasks like calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide support with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems. Use technical proficiency in software like QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and client account management. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating clearly and effectively with clients and team members to ensure high-quality customer support. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously . Personal assistant or clerical experience that demonstrates professionalism and reliability is advantageous. The candidate must already have their P&C license or their Life insurance license.
