Insurance Customer Service Representative (Part-Time, In-Person) We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our insurance team. This is a part-time, in-person role ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a professional office environment.

Assist clients with policy questions, updates, and general inquiries Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person Process paperwork, maintain client files, and ensure accurate documentation Support the team with administrative tasks and follow-ups Learn insurance products and agency systems

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills Organized with attention to detail Comfortable using computers and office software Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Licensing Requirement:

Must have either a Property and Casualty or a Life insurance license. Must be willing to get the P&C license if do not have at the present time.
