About the job SP101 is a local custom apparel shop. We print t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and uniforms for schools, teams, churches, and businesses all over north Alabama. We're looking for someone friendly and dependable to be the first voice on the phone and the first face at the door. You'll help customers figure out what they need, get their orders started, and keep them updated along the way. No sales or printing experience required. What you'll do Answer phones and help customers or connect them to the right person Greet walk-in customers and help with order pickups Look up orders and give customers accurate status updates Gather details on new orders — garment, quantity, colors, artwork, deadline Build quotes and enter orders in our system (we teach you this) Learn our products and printing processes so you can recommend the right fit Keep order notes and customer info accurate What we're looking for Friendly, patient, and comfortable talking to people all day Reliable — you show up on time, every shift Careful with details (a wrong size or count costs us real money) Comfortable learning a computer system and using it daily High school diploma or GED Able to work in person in Rogersville, AL Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday Day shift, in person at our Rogersville shop How to apply Apply through Indeed.
