Job Description
Overview Keystone Financial Group, an affiliate of inSOURCE Financial Advisors, is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team in Trussville, AL. In this role, you'll support our financial advisors by delivering exceptional client service, processing client transactions, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure our office operates efficiently. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering outstanding client service. What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients answering calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional client service.
- Manage client transactions and records across multiple platforms (Docupace, Docusign, Redtail, Orion, NFS, Wealthscape), ensuring accuracy and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems and assist with general office operations.
- Draft correspondence, handle mail, order supplies, and ensure the office is professional and welcoming.
- Support advisors with follow-up communications and calendar management.
- Serve as notary public for client and office document authentication. What You Bring
- 1-3 years of client service or administrative experience, ideally in financial services or insurance.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and follow-through skills.
- Discretion with confidential information and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to learn multiple business software applications.
- Current Notary Public commission preferred, or the ability to obtain one after hire.
