Job Description
Overview The Senior Customer Service Representative is responsible for directly assisting the Practice Manager with staffing schedules, data reporting and coordinating clinic meetings. They are also directly responsible for scheduling patients for evaluation and treatment, processing patients' demographic, insurance, and financial information, and coordinating with staff/providers to provide efficient and friendly services to all patients.
