We're looking for a motivated, customer-service-focused individual to join our team and help us continue delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. What You'll Do As our Service Writer, you'll be an important connection between our customers and technicians.

Responsibilities include:

Greet and communicate clearly with customers and technicians Answer phones and schedule customer appointments Maintain the daily schedule and workflow Write estimates, work orders, and invoices Communicate vehicle service needs and repair recommendations Order parts and coordinate with suppliers Help ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish Use computers and shop-management systems to efficiently manage daily tasks What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Customer-service oriented and genuinely enjoys helping people Motivated, dependable, and organized Friendly, professional, and upbeat Comfortable answering phones and working with customers Proficient with computers Automotive and customer service experience is preferred, but company-provided training is available.

Pay:

$15.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
