Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Rep for the Pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) Business. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, technically minded Customer Service Representative to join our Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) team. In this role, you will Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding their building. You will work with customers to resolve their issues, whether that be product complaints, shipping damages, or shortages. You will ensure they feel like a valued customer. You won't just be answering phones; you will be helping clients resolve their issues to help ensure they become repeat customers.

Experience:

2+ years in the industry in some capacity. Ideally, customer service experience, preferably within the construction, metal building, or manufacturing industries .

Blueprint Literacy:

Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and structural blueprints.

Tech-Savvy:

You've got to know computers. Proficiency with CAD, database software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical customers.

Math Skills:

Strong mathematical skills for checking dimensions, areas, and quantities.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
