Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports the Sales Team and customers by providing timely and accurate product and service information. This role plays a vital part in managing customer accounts, resolving issues, and ensuring positive customer experience through effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Serve customers and sales staff by providing product/service information and resolving issues
  • Maintain and update customer accounts accurately
  • Resolve customer concerns by clarifying the issue, identifying solutions, and
  • communicating resolutions clearly
  • Build strong working relationships with assigned customers and internal reps
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide flexible support to other departments as needed
  • Communicate with professionalism, maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer proprietary information
  • Other duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in distribution or manufacturing
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities
  • Experience in conflict resolution and order tracking/follow-up
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Familiarity with order entry systems and documentation practices
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
