Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are looking for a Part-time team member to join our Mediterranean-style takeout restaurant to take orders, manage payment transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers and take their orders efficiently.

Menu Knowledge:

Answer questions about menu items and assist with sales.

Cash Management:

Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system.

Order Tracking:

Verify the accuracy of orders before handing them to customers.

Organization & Cleaning:

Maintain the cleanliness and order of the counter and customer areas.

Requirements:

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Friendly personality with solution-oriented communication skills. Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
