What You'll Do Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers and supporting our sales team. Enter and maintain accurate customer and inventory data. File, mail, and organize office documents. Process and prepare literature orders for shipment. Maintain accurate inventory records. Support daily office operations and other administrative tasks as needed. Effectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. 1-2 years of customer service, administrative, or office experience required. Strong data entry and computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
