Core Responsibilities Welcome guests and deliver superior service experiences. Document vehicle problems precisely by actively listening to client concerns. Manage the appointment calendar and synchronize repair schedules. Generate repair orders while inputting vehicle and client data into the shop software. Explain necessary maintenance, repair suggestions, and cost estimates to clients. Ensure clients remain updated on the status of their vehicle repairs. Collaborate with the technician team to optimize shop productivity. Handle billing procedures and finalize customer payments. Manage all incoming digital and telephonic inquiries. Ensure all service documentation and client files remain up to date. Manage necessary paperwork for warranty claims. Contribute to a tidy and professional atmosphere within the front office. Foster long-term client loyalty through transparent interactions and consistent follow-up. Required Qualifications Prior experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role is mandatory. A solid understanding of automotive systems is highly desirable. Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication. Exceptional capability to organize tasks and handle multiple priorities. Fundamental computer literacy and familiarity with office applications. Capacity to thrive within a busy, high-pressure setting. A professional demeanor and an optimistic outlook.
