• We are currently hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift

Permanent Schedules:

1st

Shift:

Work 8 hour shifts between 3:00 AM CST

•7:00 PM CST. 2nd

Shift:

Work 8 hour shifts between 11:00 AM CST

•3:00 AM CST. 3rd

Shift:

Work 8 hour shifts between 7:00 PM CST

•11:00 AM CST. Training Monday-Friday for 2 weeks, then starting week 3 you will have a more permanent work schedule. Must be available to work weekends Key Responsibilities If you were hired for this position, your responsibilities would include taking inbound calls from drivers who need help with anything from a flat tire to a breakdown and working with a team of service providers to connect that customer with immediate support. Requirements Skills and Knowledge

•Customer Service Representative You MUST have your own equipment. Listed below are our requirements. A Windows Desktop or Laptop Computer ( > or = 12.00GB & > 4000 CPU). A Dual Monitor Setup (or laptop and extend display to single monitor). An Ethernet cable connected to your Windows Desktop/ Laptop. A Webcam. A Headset with a Microphone. A Computer Mouse. Education and Experience
