This is a pivotal shift. You'll greet a majority of our daily arrivals, meaning you often create the first impression of our hotel and set the tone for the guest's entire stay. The right person for this role: Naturally connects with guests and enjoys engaging with people Creates a warm, welcoming arrival experience Thinks independently and is a confident problem solver Remains calm and professional when challenges arise Takes ownership without needing constant direction Communicates well and follows through on details Is comfortable learning hotel technology and multiple systems Is dependable and understands the importance of arriving on time What you'll do: Welcome and check in guests, manage reservations and payments, answer questions, enroll guests in our loyalty programs, respond to guest needs, resolve routine concerns, communicate with other departments, and complete assigned Front Desk responsibilities. This position will primarily work 3 PM-11 PM and may support either Candlewood Suites North Little Rock or TownePlace Suites North Little Rock based on operational needs. Weekend and holiday availability are non negotiable. Hotel experience is helpful, but we can teach systems and processes. What we're really looking for is someone with presence, ownership, good judgment, and the ability to make people feel genuinely welcome. Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
