We're looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Little Rock dealership. What we're looking for: 1-2 years of service advisor or related experience preferred Knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and the trucking industry is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and service management A positive, team-oriented attitude Answer service calls and deliver timely updates to clients regarding status updates on work being performed and scheduling work. Explaining all completed work and charges to customers Able to climb and stand on feet for long periods Performs other duties as assigned by the service manager Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen As a service advisor, you'll be an important part of helping our customers keep their trucks on the road by coordinating service needs, communicating with customers, and working closely with our service team.
