What you will be doing:

Promoting the company's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Providing information to guests about the local area, hotel services and amenities. Handling guest check-in and check-out in an accurate and efficient manner. Providing exemplary guest service by demonstrating a personal commitment to making every guest satisfied.
