In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our valued customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive experience from vehicle drop-off to pick-up. Your ability to communicate clearly, understand powersports needs, and upsell services will help maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Duties Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Accurately document vehicle issues, maintenance requests, and repair estimates Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure timely repairs Prepare detailed repair orders, including labor, parts, and additional services such as oil changes, tire service, brake repair, or transmission work Upsell additional services or repairs by explaining benefits clearly to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Manage customer appointments efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely while maintaining confidentiality Maintain thorough records of all service transactions, client interactions, and vehicle histories Skills Proven experience as a Service Writer or service within a dealership Excellent communication skills for client interaction and explaining technical repairs clearly Ability to upsell services confidently while prioritizing customer needs Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining integrity Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for client test drives or vehicle inspections Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Join us today to be part of a team dedicated to delivering top-tier service experiences!
