Salary:
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18.90 - $26.65 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.
Summary:
This position plays a key role in accounts payable and receivables. Manages the customer experience including processing and entering customer data in an accurate and timely manner; maintaining effective customer satisfaction and support.
Essential Functions:
Routine customer service support with accounts receivables and payables
Pay all vendor invoices, checking for appropriate GL codes, approvals & purchase orders
Filing customer, vendor invoices
Order entry and Customer service for satellite locations
Collections
Deposit checks as needed
Update paper logs and pricing
Manage open PO Maintenance
Create and prepare documents and spreadsheets for accruals
Process incoming / outgoing mail
Answer telephones in a courteous manner, routes calls, take messages, answers routine inquiries, and provides general information, greets, and directs visitors
Provides prominent level of customer service and assistance to clients
Communicate in person and through correspondence with high professionalism to vendors, customers, and senior leadership
May order, stock, and distribute office supplies
Support department with office duties, special projects, and various errands, as needed
All other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
3-5 years' experience working in the accounting field, with 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
