Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic supply chain team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving logistics-related inquiries. Your expertise will ensure seamless coordination across warehousing, transportation, and procurement functions, contributing to efficient supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, familiarity with warehouse management systems, and a comprehensive understanding of international trade regulations and freight logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to order status, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules with professionalism and clarity Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders Utilize transportation management systems and ERP platforms to schedule shipments and optimize freight routes Conduct root cause analysis for delivery delays or discrepancies and implement corrective actions Collaborate with procurement teams on sourcing strategies, vendor management, and contract negotiations Qualifications Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations with a focus on customer service Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, and ERP platforms such as AS400 or SAP Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), freight forwarding (NVOCC), and 3PL providers Proficiency in data analysis tools including Excel (spreadsheets, data analysis), SQL, Tableau If you are passionate about optimizing logistics processes through innovative solutions and excel in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
