Our family is expanding. Immedicate opening. Customer Service Representive We will train you and get you licensed for P&C. Entry-level position Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 3:30pm, with some days working to 5:00pm if needed. Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate loves talking to people, is energetic and outgoing. Communicate with customers via phone and email. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions and gather information. Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs. Data entry in various platforms. FingerPrint clients as needed. Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
