Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Professional to join our team. In this Seasonal role, you will be the friendly voice and helpful face for our passengers, ensuring their Grand Canyon tour experience begins with excellent support and seamless communication. Your energy and professionalism will help create memorable moments for visitors from around the globe. 1 year of face-to-face customer service role with checking in guests for adventures, tours, travel, aviation, hospitality, sales and in addition above basic skill and knowledge using computers. Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Previous experience in guest check in preferably, aviation, recreational, or hospitality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and record management and use of email, experience with chat helpful. Experience using reservations systems Ventrata or similar Experience with outbound calling, sales techniques, or client services is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are beneficial

Pay:

From $16.50 per hour Application Question(s): This position is physically located in Tusayan, AZ 86023 Grand Canyon Village and will require the Seasonal candidate to live in this location for the duration of the Seasonal work assignment. Must have experience with face-to-face guest relations, customer service, checking in passengers is preferred or closely related experience in aviation, recreation, tours, travel or hospitality with front end customer service experience. Must have proficiency with computers, email, chat, using a reservations system such as Ventrata or similar, and booking related reservations experience or similar.
