As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between our customers and the service department.. You will need to have a strong understanding of our product offerings and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. You will be expected to provide an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer needs, communicating vehicle service requirements clearly, and coordinating with the service team to deliver timely and efficient vehicle maintenance and repairs. Candidates with experience in retail automotive sales, finance management, business development, or service lane operations are highly encouraged to apply.

K Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and courteously, and listen attentively to their vehicle concerns. Assess customer needs and provide clear explanations of recommended services, repair options, and pricing. Communicate vehicle issues and recommended repairs to customers clearly and accurately Coordinate with technicians to communicate service progress and ensure timely completion of work. Promote additional services and products to maximize customer satisfaction Maintain accurate and detailed service records and documentation. Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently. Build and maintain strong customer relationships Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or automotive service advisor role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment. Basic understanding of automotive terminology and repair processes is an advantage. Proficiency with computer systems and software for scheduling and record keeping. Valid in-state driver's license; MVR Report Check Pass a drug test and background check
