MAKE AN IMPACT FROM THE CENTER OF THE TEAM.

Dispatch at Efficient Air is about more than putting calls on a board. You'll help create successful days for our technicians while delivering the experience our customers expect from Efficient Air. You'll help keep our operation moving by coordinating the daily schedule, supporting technicians in the field, maintaining strong communication with customers, following through after service calls, and making sure jobs are properly completed and documented. You'll also play an important role behind the scenes by keeping installation information organized and complete, coordinating equipment orders, staying on top of warranty authorizations, and making sure important details are handled accurately and on time. Most importantly, we want someone who understands the bigger picture. Your decisions affect our customers, our technicians, our installations, our reputation, and ultimately the success of the company. We're looking for someone who takes pride in that responsibility.
