Commercial Lines Client Service Agent Full Time:

M-F 8:00am

•5:00pm

Pay:

$31.25

•$37.50 per hour Quarterly Bonus Employer paid Medical and Dental, LTD, Group Life, EAP Optional benefits

Annual Employee Profit Sharing Bonus Accountability:

Commercial Lines Client Service Agent Support and assist the Commercial Lines Department functions following established Agency Standards and Procedures. Provide both individual and team support to the Commercial Lines Department and Account Managers within assigned responsibilities. Maintain a strong understanding of Agency programs and systems.

Requirements:

Licensed Property & Casualty Agent in the State of Arizona and in good standing. Minimum two years of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred. Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and client service communication skills. ions independently and collaboratively within a service team. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe/PDF tools, carrier websites, and agency technology platforms. Applied Epic experience preferred. Continuous learning orientation and commitment to insurance knowledge and service quality. Strong organization, accuracy, follow-through, and time management skills. Professionalism in communication, confidentiality, judgment, and treatment of others.
