• Welcome and check in clients with a warm, professional presence
• Create a calm, premium studio and boutique atmosphere
• Learn client names and preferences to personalize each visit
• Support retail sales and maintain beautiful, curated displays
• Assist with studio flow between classes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the space
• Care for in-studio plants (watering, pruning, upkeep)
• Support workshops, events, and in-store activations
• Open and/or close the studio as needed Schedule & Growth
• Flexible scheduling (mornings, evenings, weekends)
