Position Summary The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, in-office role responsible for managing inbound customer communication, scheduling, administrative support, and customer follow-up. This position reports to the Office Manager and plays a key role in delivering a 5-star customer experience.

Schedule:

Work Environment:

This position primarily operates in an office environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
