Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining professionalism. Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and interactions in the system. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on bids and inquiries. Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively. Skills Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills. Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred. Familiarity with call center operations and phone etiquette. Sales experience is beneficial for upselling products or services but not required. Excellent typing skills for effective communication and documentation. Sound like the job for you?
