Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customer interactions for a contract assignment based in Prescott, Arizona. In this role, you will handle a high volume of phone-based inquiries, provide timely assistance, and help coordinate appointments with accuracy and care. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a service-focused mindset, and the ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
