Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized CSR / Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the heartbeat of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to customers and staff alike. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster an efficient, welcoming environment where productivity thrives. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, highly organized with a tendency towards OCD, and a proactive mindset to handle diverse responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Manage front desk operations, greeting customers and directing phone calls using multi-line phone systems with courtesy and professionalism. Checking in customer vehicles; this includes taking photos, documenting vehicle info, and being friendly to customers. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for accounting, creating reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and scheduling. Handle bookkeeping duties including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, supporting client communication efforts. Maintain accurate records through proofreading documents, managing filing systems (physical and digital), and ensuring data integrity. Skills Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong computer literacy including data entry, typing accuracy, proofreading, and technical proficiency with office equipment. Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to ensure clear communication. Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, calendar management, and clerical practices. Customer service expertise with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks for basic financial tasks. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Previous administrative experience in office settings such as medical or dental reception is advantageous. $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
