Overview We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier/Sales Associate to join our retail team. It is a daytime job for Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 11am to 4pm . This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing transactions accurately, and assisting customers with product selections. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, and be available from 11am to 4pm only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. This position offers an engaging environment where you can exhibit your sales and customer service skills while contributing to a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries or recommendations Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and attention to detail Upsell products and promote store specials to maximize sales opportunities Support team members. Requirements Previous experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales preferred Strong communication skills; including ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions. Experience with upselling techniques is a plus Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly attitude Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining attention to detail

Pay:

$16.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 per week
