Educating customers about our products and services This employee is a highly motivated, self-starter who will provide excellent customer service to our customers. This employee will be working in a call center/office environment, answering phones, responding to emails, sending faxes, and other administrative tasks as necessary.
Handles a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask
At least one year of customer service experience
High school graduate (diploma) or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older #CSR
