In this position, you'll take on a variety of administrative responsibilities, including quoting support, sales order processing, and tracking customer‑furnished materials. To succeed, you'll bring strong attention to detail, excellent data‑entry accuracy, and a solid understanding of our products, procedures, and policies. You'll collaborate with teammates across all levels of the organization as well as customer procurement representatives, so clear and confident communication is key. Shift Schedule Monday - Thursday 7am-4:30pm Working Fridays 7am-3:30pm Off every other Friday and Weekends Key Responsibilities Maintaining customer account records and ensuring accurate data entry Supporting quote administration by creating and maintaining quote logs and files, and assisting Project Managers with quotes as needed Entering and managing sales orders, including verifying documents and coordinating with internal teams, as well as initiating tooling requests, publishing listing sheets, and processing change requests. Initiating and coordinating contract review activities Customer Furnished Material (CFM) purchasing and tracking Providing general departmental administrative support, including customer feedback logging, use of and support for customer portals related to quotations and incoming orders, set up and clean-up of meeting spaces, and organization of annual holiday card mailing Education and Experience Requirements Associate degree in related field, or equivalent experience Highly proficient computer skills MS Office suite of software Preferred experience in the following areas: Customer service Clerical/administrative duties US Government contracting US Government and various customer web portals Benefits We work hard to embrace diversity and inclusion and encourage everyone at REDAR to bring their authentic selves to work every day.
