Objective This is an office-based position for an individual, to join our support team. This individual will be responsible for but not limited to taking customer's technical support calls, field technicians and walk-in customers, as well as creating trouble tickets based off of the troubleshooting done.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Must be reliable and punctual Respond to client calls & emails for technical assistance, create service tickets. Strong documentation skills. Customer service skills.
BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH IS A MUST.
Must have computer experience Basic networking knowledge (including
LAN, WAN, IP
addressing, DNS, port forwarding, etc) Proficient in the use of computer programs including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Browsers:
Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Operating Systems:
Microsoft Windows required, Mac OS 10+ is desired, Android OS / iOS Troubleshooting is desired but not necessary. Exceptional listener and communicator; Strong verbal and written communications skills. Ability to work well with others and assist field technicians with troubleshooting while they are on location. The ability to efficiently prioritize demands and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Test/setup/troubleshoot networking equipment (Modems, Routers, Etc..)
