This is not just a receptionist position. You will be one of the primary points of contact for our customers throughout the collision repair process. We need someone who understands that a customer dealing with an accident is often stressed, frustrated, and unfamiliar with the repair process. Your job is to make that experience easier. The right person can handle a busy front office, manage multiple priorities at the same time, communicate clearly, and still make every customer feel like they are our priority. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Previous experience in a collision repair/body shop, automotive dealership, automotive service department, or similar automotive environment is strongly preferred. Experience with CCC ONE is a major plus. What You'll Do Provide friendly, professional A+ customer service in person, by phone, text, and email. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and help address questions or concerns. Schedule appointments and assist with vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups. Manage multiple customers, calls, messages, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Work closely with estimators, managers, insurance companies, rental companies, and other partners. Maintain accurate customer and repair information in CCC ONE and other systems. Process payments and provide general front-office and administrative support. You should be someone who:

Understands that the customer comes first. Can make customers feel heard, important, and taken care of. Remains professional and positive when dealing with an upset or frustrated customer. Can comfortably handle a fast-paced office with constant interruptions and changing priorities. Is organized and able to keep track of several tasks at once. Communicates clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, by text, and by email in Spanish and English. Appreciates there is a difference between knowing when to ask questions to learn versus of simply passing off issues to someone else. Works well as part of a team. Is dependable, punctual, and professional.
