About Us The Mauricio Solorzano Agency is an established and growing Farmers Insurance agency serving clients throughout California. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, professionalism, and long-term client relationships. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in our Anaheim office. Position Overview This position focuses primarily on customer service, policy servicing, retention, billing support, and assisting existing clients with their insurance needs. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping clients, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences. Insurance experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Assist clients with policy changes and updates Process endorsements, renewals, payments, and billing questions Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service Review coverages and identify cross-selling opportunities when appropriate Follow up with clients regarding missing information or policy requirements Help retain existing customers by resolving concerns professionally Maintain accurate documentation and account notes Work with insurance carriers and underwriting teams as needed Support the agency team with daily servicing tasks Qualifications Previous customer service experience required Insurance agency experience preferred Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and phone skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment Positive attitude and team mentality Computer proficiency and ability to learn agency systems Bilingual Spanish Pass a Background Check What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Bonus opportunities Paid training PTO and paid holidays Growth opportunities within the agency Supportive team environment Stable long-term career opportunity Pay $20.00
