Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and personable Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. With seven experienced doctors on staff, we are a trusted leader in pet healthcare, committed to delivering exceptional medical care to our animal companions. We take pride in offering compassionate, comprehensive services for pets of all kinds. Our veterinarians and support staff work closely to create a welcoming and professional environment for both pets and their owners. Please provide availability when applying.
Job Responsibilities:
Warmly greet clients and their pets upon arrival Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about our services Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate records Present service estimates and process payments Liaise between clients and doctors, conveying messages and information accurately Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and professional
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail Comfortable with computer systems and scheduling software A genuine love for animals and commitment to their well-being Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
