Proven Service Advisor experience in an independent shop (no green candidates) Deep understanding of automotive repairs & maintenance Ability to sell work confidently while maintaining trust Independent, self-driven mindset—you don't need hand-holding Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through Proficiency with service management software
