Summary We are seeking a Dietitian to join our team at Westview Healthcare Center. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized nutrition care plans for our residents. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing the health and well-being of those we serve. Responsibilities Assess residents' nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans. Provide health coaching to residents to promote healthy eating habits. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition interventions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Educate staff on dietary needs and nutrition-related topics. Manage tube feeding protocols for residents requiring specialized nutrition support. Conduct diagnostic evaluations related to dietary health. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Nutrition from an accredited institution. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification required. Strong knowledge of physiology and nutrition principles. Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
