1324211 Job Description Great position for someone who likes to research, do data entry and assist customers! This CSR will assist schools and school districts qualify for a federal and state grant to help them subsidize their telecommunication systems. This position consists of client interaction by phone and email, a lot of data entry, reviewing various paperwork such as bills, student counts etc. and basic clerical duties. If you are looking for a long term position that you can grow in, then this is the position for you! This is a long term, full time, temp-to-hire position. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The company offers excellent benefits and a 401k retirement plan with a match!

Requirements:

Minimum 1 to 2 years of previous clerical or administrative work history Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Minimum typing 40 wpm Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently
