Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming and professional first impression Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction Drive Reviews Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, billing questions, and special requests Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, including night audit procedures when applicable Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest issues promptly and effectively Requirements Prior experience in hotel management or customer service within a hospitality setting is preferred Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk operations is advantageous Excellent communication skills with a focus on professional phone etiquette and guest relations Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Experience with night audit procedures or resort operations is a plus Passion for hospitality management with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest services Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes a difference!
