Job Description
We are looking for a Call Center Specialist to join a team in a Long-term Contract position. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume customer service environment, communicates confidently with a wide range of contacts, and can balance speed with accuracy. The successful candidate will support customer account inquiries, coordinate with internal and external partners, and identify opportunities to strengthen the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls while maintaining a detail-oriented, customer-focused approach.
- Provide clear and accurate updates on account and enrollment activity to customers, clients, sales partners, and project teams as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact between external partners and clients to help resolve billing concerns and discuss workable payment arrangements.
- Address customer or vendor concerns by presenting alternative solutions and guiding conversations toward positive outcomes.
- Navigate CRM platforms, customer service software, and other computer applications simultaneously to research issues and complete requests efficiently.
- Support revenue growth by identifying appropriate opportunities to recommend additional products or services during customer interactions.
- Route calls and escalations to the correct department or team member when specialized assistance is required.
- Enter and update customer information with precision while listening actively, resolving problems, and maintaining service quality in a fast-paced setting.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and leadership while taking on additional duties that align with operational needs.
