Hydro-Jet & Rooter Service is looking for a Customer Service Representative at our Sun Valley office, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming service calls, assisting customers, and coordinating service requests. This role is essential in ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting multiple internal departments.

SCHEDULE
Sunday•Thursday.
Shifts will vary between:
8:00 AM•5:00 PM (earliest shift) 11:00 AM•8:00 PM (closing shift)
WHAT L.A. HYDRO-JET NEEDS FROM YOU
Triage a high volume of incoming service calls and determine the nature of each request Speak with customers by phone and create service calls in the system Create new service site records for new customers Book work orders received via email and online portals Confirm and update customer account information as needed Handle multiple tasks and software systems simultaneously Manage multiple accounts and ensure invoices are uploaded to the appropriate customer portals Address billing or service concerns and escalate service issues to appropriate departments Work closely with multiple internal departments to resolve customer issues Perform additional duties as assigned
WHAT SETS YOU APART
Certificate from a college or technical school OR 2-5 years of related customer service experience , or an equivalent combination of education and experience Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to remain professional and calm when handling customer concerns Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and general computer systems Ability to type 40 WPM minimum Experience with data entry and working with multiple software systems
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Regularly required to sit for extended periods Frequently required to use hands for typing and handling paperwork Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds L.A. Hydro-Jet & Rooter Service determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. Pay for this position is $21-22/hr. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
