Job Description
We're hiring a Bilingual Crew Member for a full-time, in-person role. If you enjoy working face-to-face with people, helping solve problems, and building real skills in customer service and sales, this is a great opportunity to get started and grow. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them understand their options, set up services, and walk away with a great experience. We provide full training for customer representatives, so you don't need prior experience, just the right attitude. Bilingual Crew Member - What you'll do: Work directly with customers in person, answering questions, explaining services, and helping them feel confident in their decisions Guide customers through setting up new accounts or making updates, ensuring everything is completed accurately and smoothly Support sales by recommending products and services that genuinely fit each customer's needs Create a welcoming environment by greeting customers, building rapport, and delivering a positive experience from start to finish Handle customer concerns professionally, offering clear solutions and maintaining a high level of service Keep track of customer interactions, update account information, and process transactions as needed Stay informed on current promotions, services, and offerings so you can provide helpful, up-to-date information Bilingual Crew Member - What we're looking for: Bilingual (Spanish/English), English is minimum required Strong communication and people skills in a face-to-face environment Positive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset Willingness to learn and grow in both customer service and sales Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person setting If you're motivated, enjoy working with people, and want a role where you can build real experience in customer service and sales, we'd love to connect with you for the Bilingual Crew Member role.
