We are currently in need of people who are ok with closing (Cleaning, mopping, sweeping, dishes, trash, and more) plus the tasks listed below...

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
• Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register or Aloha POS system
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper sanitation procedures
• Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service and minimal wait times for customers
• packaging/preparing customer's built-to-order meals
• Grilling pre-prepped ingredients in bulk
• Prepping ingredients

Skills:

• Retail math: Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management
• Cash register: Proficiency in operating a cash register and processing transactions accurately

• Aloha POS:

  Experience using Aloha POS system for order processing and payment handling
• Food service: Knowledge of food service industry standards and practices
• Food safety: Understanding of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills to provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Food preparation: Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and ability to follow recipes
