ALOHA! L&L Hawaiian Barbecue is a Hawaiian-themed franchise restaurant founded in Hawaii, centered on the Hawaiian plate lunch. Our goal is to make customers taste Hawaii without being there. Needless to say, in addition to the fresh, culturally-commingling flavors of Hawaii, every L&L meal is infused with the warmth of aloha - the legendary spirit of welcome that makes every guest feel at home. We are currently looking for new team members who are team players, responsible, passion, and energetic to spread the ALOHA spirit! We are not only focus on providing delicious food and great customer service to our customers, but also building a solid team to grow together.

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Good communication and organization skills Serve food quickly and provide friendly service Learn quickly and able to solve problems A positive attitude and a smile Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Able to stand and walk for a majority of work shift Able to solving small problems Greets each customer with a SMILE and ALOHA Demonstrates positive energy at all the times Organized, detailed and enjoys following standards and guidelines Knows the restaurant and shift goals and rules. And willing to achieve them every day. Follow manager instructions

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and help place their orders Handle cash, credit transactions Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets Process customer orders Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information Maintain clean and tidy the front of the house What we offer (benefits): Employee discount for you and your relatives Free shift meal and uniforms Sick pay Flexible schedule Referral bonus
