Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an exceptionally organized, driven, and detail-oriented professional to join our Client Services team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative without being asked, and is always looking to improve the process and themselves. This role is ideal for someone who wants to be a key player in a high-accountability firm. Minimum Requirements
- Proven history of taking full accountability for your workload
- Ability to anticipate needs and act without waiting for direction
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities with competing deadlines
- Extremely organized and accurate. This role requires perfect attention to detail
- Must be proactive, not reactive
- Willingness to take the lead in communication with both internal teams and clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You should be able to write clearly and professionally without templates
- High standards for yourself and your team Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth delivery of services and a high client experience
- Prepare, send, and follow up on critical documents such as: o Engagement Letters o Bank Confirmations o Legal Letters o Predecessor and Successor CPA Requests
- Review and send Draft and Final deliverables
- Log and maintain data across various internal systems with zero tolerance for gaps
- Generate reports and update stakeholders on documents and job progress
- Provide support to firm leadership as needed
- Professionally answer incoming phone calls
- Proactively monitor for bottlenecks and suggest process improvements Preferred Software Experience
- Salesforce (or similar CRM)
- GoFileRoom
- Engagement Manager
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced knowledge strongly preferred) Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication with team and clients
- Utilizes professional judgment and shows the capacity to think critically
- Demonstrates the ability to become acquainted with the basics of both association income tax law and the basics of how an association operates
- Organized
- Excellent attention to detail Work environment:
- Indoor personal workstation
- Hybrid schedule available
- Low noise level
- Sedentary Physical demands:
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Typing/10 key motion required. Required education and experience
- 1+ years in a professions, client-facing role
- High School Diploma, community college or bachelor's degree
