Ask questions to better understand the customer's needs and guide them through the full-cycle sales process as a Customer Service Representative. Process orders, sales upgrades, and service changes accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service representative standards. Educate customers about new products, promotions, and sales opportunities to enhance their experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and sales transactions in the system as part of the Customer Service Representative role. Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Representative team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and support team sales goals. Customer Service Representative:
