Job Description
Bilingual Customer Care Representative (Vietnamese or Chinese Required)Floral Distributor- Cerritos, CA Temp-to-Hire | Onsite Monday-FridayClient is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Care Representative who is fluent in either Vietnamese/English or Chinese/English. This role will serve as a key point of contact for customers, processing orders, resolving inquiries, and supporting daily customer service operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.
ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries in English and Vietnamese or Chinese.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Update customer information and order details within company systems.
Track shipments and provide delivery status updates.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams regarding customer orders.
Resolve customer concerns, discrepancies, and service issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative support.
Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
