Responsibilities:

• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, confirm details, or support ongoing customer interactions.
• Respond to email inquiries clearly and courteously while maintaining accurate records of each communication.
• Enter orders and update customer information in internal systems with close attention to accuracy and completeness.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate timing details to support customer needs and internal workflow.
• Welcome and assist visitors in the showroom, offering product or service guidance and directing requests appropriately.
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized documentation to support daily customer service operations.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to prepare, track, and manage customer-related information and routine reports.
